Engineering Mission
Critical Production

The toughest industries can't afford a single failure.
Our mission is to build the systems that perform when everything is on the line.

We engineer production systems
for the world's most demanding industries.

We design and build automation and precision manufacturing systems for industries where mistakes aren't an option. From high-speed assembly to precision machining, our production lines deliver full traceability and repeatable quality on every single unit. When downtime isn't acceptable and every part has to be right, our systems keep running.

Industries

One standard, proven across
the most demanding production floors.

Defense
& Security

A defective round doesn't get returned. It gets fired. That single fact governs how we build every assembly and machining system we deliver: zero defects, verified per unit, traceable from raw stock to the finished part. Not sampled. Not estimated. Proven, one unit at a time.

Agriculture
& Construction

A hydraulic valve fails under full load, far from any workshop. Machines that work through dust, heat and peak load depend on components that hold up. We build the assembly and machining systems behind them: tested per unit, traceable to the batch, flexible across variants.

Electronics

Most electronics failures start at a connection: a contact gap that drifts by a few hundredths of a millimeter, a weld that quietly raises resistance, a press-fit seated with the wrong force. We build the assembly and test systems that keep every connection inside its tolerance.

Industrial
Goods

Valves, actuators, bearings and couplings end up in machines where downtime is expensive. We build the assembly systems, special-purpose machines and modular lines that produce them reliably and grow with your order book.

Consumer
Goods

Dispensers, closures, razors and pens are built from small parts in very high volumes, and every unit carries the brand. We build the high-speed assembly and inspection systems that keep output high and rejects low.

Focus

Your Challenges,
Our Solutions.

Every production challenge has a root cause, and rarely the one on the surface.
PST reads the process before proposing the system: where the cycle time is actually lost, why the reject rate holds,
what limits the changeover. The result is an assembly or machining solution matched to the real constraint, engineered to close it.

Secure Quality

Scrap and rework erode margin and delivery dates. Stable processes with high repeatability and in-line inspection hold the result steady, fewer rejects, higher yield, better uptime.

Increase Efficiency

More parts in less time, without trading away quality. End-to-end solutions across machine, automation, software, and service cut setup and cycle times at repeatable quality.

Build for Flexibility

New parts and shifting batch sizes demand fast changeover. Scalable line concepts and early design-for-manufacturing input get you into production sooner.

Ensure Availability

A stopped line can't be allowed to slow you down. Remote diagnostics, fast spare-parts supply, and support across the machine's lifecycle keep your systems in cycle.

Beyond
the Machine

A connected, intelligent layer across every line we build.
Per-unit traceability, real-time status, and full connectivity into your production IT, so the system anticipates instead of just reacting.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one partner handle machining and assembly for the same part?

Yes. We build precision machining and high-speed assembly systems in house. The part moves from raw stock to verified assembly under one engineering team, with one set of interfaces and one contact.

Do you build complete lines or individual machines?

Both. We deliver single machines that drop into your existing line, and complete turnkey lines with feeding, assembly, machining and inspection. You choose the scope. We take responsibility for all of it.

Which industries do you build for?

Defense and security, consumer goods, agricultural and construction machinery, electronics and industrial goods. The parts differ. The demand is the same: high volumes, tight tolerances and a process that holds every shift.

Which processes do you cover?

We build high-speed assembly systems and precision machining systems, with inspection and test integrated into the line. One partner for the full chain, from raw stock to the verified finished part.

discuss your unique requirements.

How do you prove a machine meets spec before it ships?

In a factory acceptance test (FAT) at our plant, with your parts, at full rate. We document output, capability and reject handling. After installation, a site acceptance test (SAT) confirms the same results on your floor.

What traceability do you provide?

Every part and batch is documented through the process: which station, which parameters, which result. Traceability is configured to your requirements, down to part and batch level.

How is every unit verified?

Inspection is part of the process, not a step after it. Each unit is checked in the line, and the result is stored against the part. Nothing moves to the next station without a pass.

Where are you located?

In Lauchheim, Germany, and Plymouth, Michigan, USA. Both sites serve customers across Europe and North America.

How long does a project take from order to acceptance?

Systems based on our standard platforms typically take six to nine months. Complex lines with machining, assembly and inspection take nine to fourteen months. The binding schedule is part of every offer.

How does a project run from first request to acceptance?

Planning, engineering, realization, service. We define requirements and scope up front, build and test the system, and hand it over with acceptance testing. Timelines depend on the system and are agreed per project.
